Behind every dispute are anxious people.

Lawsuits polarize positions and rupture communication. Mediation creates a calm, structured space with an accredited neutral third party to find a balanced, lasting solution in weeks.

Why Amicable Resolution

Why you should consider an amicable solution to your conflict

Parties in conflict often feel blocked, and they doubt whether all elements can be adequately taken into account in a legal procedure. Fortunately, there are effective alternatives that are encouraged by law, with many decisive advantages:

Concluded in just a few sessions or weeks, avoiding years of bitter court delays.

Peace of mind

Discussions revolve around the interests of the parties.

Both parties stay in the driver's seat, preserving personal and professional relationships.

Art. 1733 C. jud.

Agreements are developed together by the parties

Once homologated by court, the agreement has the full enforceable power of a judgment.
