What we expect from you
By registering on conflicool, and in order to offer the best possible service to the parties in conflict, you agree to apply our terms of use and to follow our conflicool.
Your contribution
By registering on conflicool for free, your profile is visible online and you become eligible for searches for professionals in your language, domain and location.
For every billed case you receive via conflicool, we ask that you contribute 65 EUR VAT excl. to cover the running costs of conflicool.
Capped rates
conflicool wishes to simplify access to professionals by setting rates capped at 120 EUR per hour for family files and 150 EUR per hour for other files
These prices are valid including VAT for individuals and excluding VAT for companies

Conflicool ensures a structured, neutral, and seamless case matching process across 5 clear phases:
Citizen Intake & Request
A party describes their dispute on Conflicool and schedules a free orientation intake.
Qualification & Diplomatic Outreach
Our neutral permanence contacts the initiator and diplomatically invites the second party.
Targeted Matching & Proposal
The case is matched with accredited mediators based on specialization, language, and region.
Free Acceptance of the Case
You receive an email notification and freely choose whether to accept the case assignment.
Exploratory Orientation Meeting
You meet both parties (in your office or via secure video) to launch the mediation framework.
